Consultations & Document Support — Not A Fucking Cinderella Story

Consultations & Document Support

Get clearer before you spend more time, money and energy fighting the wrong battle.

Divorce and separation documents can look comprehensive while still leaving dangerous gaps, vague wording and unanswered questions.

I help you identify what is missing — what could create future conflict, and what needs to be strengthened before you return to your lawyer, mediator or negotiation.

Explore the options
Practical preparation and document support based on lived experience. Not legal advice.

A signed agreement is only as strong as the detail inside it.

Many women spend thousands on legal consultations without first having a clear picture of what they need, what they should be asking for, or where the document in front of them may fail under pressure.

The result can be repeated consultations, endless revisions, escalating conflict and orders that still do not deal with the realities of everyday life.

My role is to help you slow the process down, identify the practical risks and prepare more effectively before you go back to your lawyer or mediator.

That can reduce unnecessary back-and-forth, help you use professional legal time more efficiently and give you a clearer understanding of what needs to happen next.

Still deciding

Which option is right for me?

Choose this if you want written feedback on one existing document and do not need a call.

Process

How the process works

Choose your service

Select the level of support that best matches what you need.

Submit your information and pay upfront

Complete the relevant form and provide a brief overview of your situation. Payment is required in full before any review or session begins — nothing is started until payment has been received. International clients: please allow up to a week for your payment to clear before booking or sending your document.

Send your document

Once payment is confirmed, you will receive clear instructions for emailing or uploading one key document.

I review and prepare

I identify gaps, vague wording, practical risks and issues that may need to be raised.

Receive your review or attend your session

Depending on the service selected, you will receive your written analysis or meet with me privately to discuss it.

Why this exists
I am not a lawyer. My role is different.

I spent more than a decade navigating high-conflict separation, litigation, maintenance failures and the consequences of wording that did not protect me when cooperation broke down.

I learned that many of the most expensive problems begin long before an order is breached. They begin when important details are left unresolved, assumptions replace clear mechanisms and women are expected to sign documents they do not fully understand.

I help you look at your documents through a practical, real-life lens so that you can ask better questions, prepare more thoroughly and make more effective use of the legal professionals working on your matter.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Are you a lawyer?

No. I do not provide legal advice, legal representation or formal legal drafting. My support is based on lived experience, practical document analysis and preparation. Any legal document should be reviewed and finalised by a qualified lawyer.

How many documents can I send?

Each service includes review of one key document unless otherwise agreed in writing.

What counts as one document?

One Parenting Plan, Settlement Agreement, Divorce Order, Maintenance Order, Consent Paper or comparable document. Supporting context may be requested where necessary, but the service does not include review of an entire case file.

Can you write my final Parenting Plan?

The Parenting Plan Blueprint Intensive produces a detailed practical framework. It is intended to be taken to a lawyer or mediator for formal drafting, legal review and finalisation.

What if I send my document late?

Deadlines differ by service. Documents for a Clarity & Strategy Session must be received at least 48 hours before the session. Documents for the Parenting Plan Blueprint Intensive must be received at least 4 days before the session. If a document is not received in time, the session may need to be rescheduled.

When do I need to pay?

Payment is required in full upfront, before any document review or session takes place. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive instructions for sending your document and, where applicable, your booking link. International payments can take up to a week to clear — please only book your session or send your document once you've received confirmation that your payment has been received.

Can you guarantee that this will save me legal costs?

No outcome or financial saving can be guaranteed. The purpose of the service is to help you prepare more effectively, identify issues earlier and reduce avoidable back-and-forth where possible.

Is the information confidential?

Information is treated privately and used only for the purpose of providing the requested service. See the separate Privacy Policy for how information and documents are stored and handled.

Before you book

Policies

Booking and cancellation policy

Payment is required in full upfront for all three services. No review, preparation or booking is confirmed until payment has been received.

Because document review and preparation take place before a consultation, at least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

Late cancellations, missed sessions and sessions where documents were not supplied on time may not be refundable.

Due to the preparation involved, at least 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule a Parenting Plan Blueprint Intensive.

Refund policy

The Document Review and Clarity & Strategy Session are non-refundable once your document has been received and review has begun. If you cancel before sending your document, you will receive a full refund, less any payment processing fees.

The Parenting Plan Blueprint Intensive booking fee is non-refundable once your application has been approved and preparation has begun, given the depth of pre-session work involved. If you cancel more than 5 days before your session, your fee can be transferred to a future date or credited toward another service.

Where a refund does apply, it will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Ready when you are

You do not need to understand everything before asking for help.

You need clarity on what matters, what may be missing and what your next step should be. Choose the level of support that best matches where you are now.
